A Little Background

Donna W. Radcliffe, MA, MFA is the founder and principal consultant of Cultural Assets, LLC, a consulting practice serving museums and other cultural institutions through space strategy, exhibition planning, collections care, and project management.

An interdisciplinary artist, art historian, designer, and educator based in the Chicago area, Donna has cultivated a professional practice spanning interior architectural design, curatorial work, nonprofit leadership, education, and the fine arts.

For more than 25 years, her artwork has been exhibited throughout the United States and is represented in corporate and private collections. Working across painting, performance, and time-based media, she has continually expanded the vocabulary of her creative practice. Her most recent fine-art project, The Last Seed, is a multimedia installation drawing upon Afrofuturism and the African diaspora.

Donna’s design career includes commercial and institutional space planning for Fortune 500 corporations and architectural firms. Her nonprofit leadership experience includes serving as interim executive director of the Chicago Urban League Development Corporation and holding board positions with several professional and arts organizations.
